I am grateful to be able to grow up as a child of this Earth, protected by its atmosphere and electromagnetic field, nourished and breathed by what sprouts and grows here. I worship her power, which permeates everything and ensures that life is born, grows, and matures, and that the pieces are picked up and reassembled at the end of the adventure.

I love and admire her with all my heart.

 

I feel held and strengthened by the ancestors behind me and am grateful for the qualities they pass on; I find their courage and humor, tenderness and will to live when I need them.

 

I thank all the human, animal, and plant beings who have devoted their time and patience to teaching me, who have shared their experience, understanding, and knowledge with me, who have taught me self-reflection, personal responsibility, and meditation, and who have provided me with a solid foundation in the unknown. I am grateful for the opportunities we have: to recognize, to grow, to heal, and to pass on.

So much gratitude for the people whose lives are intimately interwoven with mine, my family, friends, for their support, their patient support and the opportunity to deepen love ever more.

 

 

Over the past 20 years, I have completed various courses, trainings, and assisted in various activities that have prepared me for my work as a vision quest guide and facilitator. I include a selection here, knowing that life itself, with its challenges and wonders, my relationships, my children, and, above all, nature, are my most powerful and beloved teachers.

  • Leading and co-leading vision quests, seminars and retreats in Austria, Portugal, Greece, Peru and Brazil with a focus on nature connection, ancestral work, holding space and leadership

  • Leading a girls' group (eleven to 15 years old) with a focus on self-empowerment, wilderness time and support in girl-specific topics
